GIVEAWAY CONTEST

To celebrate Easter 2018 we are giving away a Sugar Beach box featuring products by local Toronto artisans.  As indicated on the Instagram post here, all you need to do to enter is:

1. Follow @davidhchow if you're not already!!
2. Like the post.
3. Tag a friend (or as many as you want for multiple entries... one entry for each comment tag)

One winner will be chosen at random and the rainbow egg must be picked up at Fresh City Farms Roncesvalles (fomerly Stasis Preserves) at 476 Roncesvalles Ave in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Contest runs from March 22nd to March 26th inclusive and winner will be announced on the evening of March 26th.  The large egg is made from Valrhona 70% dark chocolate and the egg from white chocolate.  The kitchen is not an allergen free environment so may have come in contact with nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, gluten, sesame, and eggs.

CONTEST (“CONTEST”) SPONSORED and ADMINISTERED BY David H. Chow Chocolates & Confections (“SPONSOR” and "ADMINISTRATOR'). CONTEST BEGINS ON March 22nd, 2018 AT 5 PM ET AND ENDS ON March 26th, 2018 AT 5 PM ET. (“CONTEST PERIOD”). 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Liking the instagram post photo, following @davidhchow (if you haven't already), and tagging a friend (multiple entries OK) are required.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.

Contest is open to legal residents of CANADA who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter. 

One winner will be chosen at random using the Random Name Picker program. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent an email and will have forty-eight hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrator is not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified. 

Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and/or Google+ are in no way associated with this giveaway. If applicable, social media posts (such as but not limited to tweets and Instagram posts) must be PUBLIC to be eligible.  A reply to the winning email is required within 48 hours before a new winner is chosen. The winner’s entries will be verified.

Residents of Canada may be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize.

Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial.

Retail value of prize is $50 CDN.
